　　Error G99

　　This is caused by login server congestion and was particularly bad at the start of early access. These issues should for the most part be resolved. If you receive such error messages in the future please try logging in again and if the problem continues check for server status and issues at H1Z1.comError G29 (Purchased H1Z1 early access on Steam, but messaging says I do not have the game.)

　　(There is a known issue where some accounts are not being linked correctly with Steam. We are working on this issue. )

　　If you are receiving this error you are logging into a different SOE account then that which you linked with your Steam account. More information can be found here.Error G19

　　Please make sure you system meets the Minimum System Requirements. If your system meets the minimum system requirements, also make sure your video are drivers are updated to the most current version.

　　Error G15

　　A firewall or virus protection program is preventing H1Z1 from running. Set any firewalls and antivirus programs to allow H1Z1 (specifically launchpad.exe, and H1Z1.exe). Find the steps to allow the game to bypass your protection programshere. If the error persists, please contact Customer Support.

　　Banned Account: Just purchased already banned

　　If you find that your account has been banned, this most likely is an action that was taken on your account from playing a previous SOE game. If you believe this to be in error please submit a support ticket.
